Cards, cards and more cards..

I've been strictly in a card mode lately...I guess because since we moved, my photos are in no way organized - making scrapbooking a chore :( Plus, I really need to get back in the habit of sending cards for all occasion and no occasion!

Here's some of what I did today...

Although I've never mailed a Halloween card in my life..I just had to make cards using the adorable new paper from Canvas Corp!  Had so much fun and am submitting them to the contest at www.gettingcricky.com (I sooooo want to win a stamp set - they are sooo fantastic!)...

Back in the (blogging) saddle...

For an outlet to share my thoughts, my creations and my world, I am back to my poor, neglected blog.

Above are some cards that I made this weekend...

I haven't been sending cards much in the past few years and I have resolved to send them more often as a reminder to friends and family that they are thought of and loved. This is the start of my "stash".

It's Time....

To get blogging again....sure, I'm blogging for our business, Genuinely Jane Studios and I'm on Facebook (although not as addicted as I used to be, thankfully!)...but I needed an outlet to share my non GJS creations, share the journey of my faith and motherhood and reconnect with old friends..so...I hope you enjoy the glimpse into this new chapter of my life.

My "anthem" is Brave by Nichole Nordeman. I never tire of this song and it truly speaks to my heart: I can be brave with the love of Christ in me.
